ROYAL CHAPEL (KAPLICA KROLEWSKA)

The Royal Chapel was built between 1678 - 1681 and was
designed by a famous architect Tylman van Gemeren. This
chapel is the only baroque church in Gdansk.

ST. CATHERINE'S CHURCH (KOSCIOL
SW. KATARZYNY)

St. Catherine's Church is the oldest church in Gdansk.
It was built in 1220. In this church is buried the great
astronomer Hevelius.

GREAT MILL (WIELKI M£YN)
Wielki M³yny
In front of St. Catherine's Church stands the Great
Mill from 1350. It was built by Teutonic Knights. The
Great Mill was the greatest mill in Middle Ages Europe
that survived and functioned till World War II.

OLD TOWN HALL (RATUSZ STAROMIEJSKI)

The Old Town Hall was designed by architect from Netherlands
whose name was Opberghen and was built in 1587. Currently
in the building there is a Baltic Cultural Center.

NATIONAL MUSEUM (MUZEUM NARODOWE)

In this National Museum one can see the most precious
collections of works of art like Breughel's paintings
like also Van Dyck's, Swanenburgh's and Memling's.
